Made-to-Order and Personalized Products

Many SunnyTimesGifts products are created after an order is placed.

Personalized products are created using the names, dates, wording, images, colors, selections, and other details submitted by the customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting the order, including:

  • Spelling

  • Capitalization

  • Punctuation

  • Dates

  • Names

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Shipping information

  • Design selections

SunnyTimesGifts is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted by the customer.

We may contact you if clarification is needed. Delays in responding may delay production or prevent us from completing the order.

A digital proof will be provided only when the product listing specifically states that a proof is included.

Customer-Submitted Content

When you submit photographs, artwork, logos, wording, names, or other content for a personalized product, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it

  • Its use does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful

  • We are authorized to use the content as necessary to review, create, fulfill, and support your order

You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant SunnyTimesGifts a limited right to use, reproduce, resize, crop, adjust, or otherwise process the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to complete your order, provide customer service, maintain transaction records, or produce an authorized reorder.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate. If production has not begun, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Pricing or listing information contains an error

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • Personalization instructions cannot be completed

  • Customer-submitted content may violate another person’s rights

  • The shipping destination cannot be served

  • Completing the order would violate a law or website policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except when correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully authorized before production or fulfillment begins.

Payment processing is handled by the payment providers offered during checkout. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Must be used before their stated expiration date

  • May be limited to qualifying products or order amounts

  • Cannot be combined unless specifically permitted

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be applied to a previous order

  • May be changed or discontinued when legally permitted

Only one discount code may be used per order unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates supplied by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and the options required under applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.

After that period, production may have begun and the order may no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Submitting a request within the 30-minute period does not guarantee that the request can be completed. We will confirm whether the order was successfully changed or canceled.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because many products are made to order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, style, quantity, or personalization selected by the customer

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Minor variations that are normal for individually produced products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an error made by SunnyTimesGifts, contact us within 2 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking indicates that a package was delivered, customers should first:

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Check around the delivery location

  • Ask household members or nearby neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

SunnyTimesGifts will review reported delivery concerns based on the available tracking, carrier, and order information.

A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

Accounts

You may be able to create an account to view orders, save addresses, and access other store features.

You are responsible for:
